...not good. They weren't supposed to be in the living dome of the asteroid...drawing such attention was bad...
She slipped out of his telekinetic grip and landed on the ground. How to get back to the sub-access levels....

She could feel the asteroid beginning to stir itself, like a bees nest...and the word was that any who could take out the escapee was to be freed. She snarled, two dainty fangs visible for a moment. I asked afer the sub-level, disposal department spcifically, and you bring me here. Thank you, you've done well, very well for whatever master you serve now.
She wrapped herself and the other two in sight shields and then decided to take her leave. John would be leaving...and his doubts had been well founded. She'd have to take a direct route...down anyway she could.

Unique held her in a telekinetic grip she could not break. "You said nothing of any destination. I got us out. You will not leave us." his voice was even and unemotional.

She turned her goat like eyes on him and snarled again I told you the location of the ship. Release me now, or suffer. I do not like being held against my will

Merrel watched Corbin and the woman square off.
"Um, Corbin, perhaps we should just listen to her. She's done so much for us so far, and we need to leave now."

Besehba nodded slightly yt othe woman...she had some very skewed loyalties, but she made sense at least. Unlike the man, who was more hostile than she had bargained for. Release me. she said again, calmly.

Meanwhile, back on the Dancer, John was administering the antidote to "death of sleep" to the two recovered from cages. He sat back against the wall, eyes on the clock "Five minutes girl...don't push it..."

Duhrin awoke with a start, looking around in a half-frantic fashion before asking of John in what he hoped was a forcefully inquisitive tone, "Where are we?"

John focused his attention on the boy "You are on my ship, The Dancer. We will be leaving the actual asteroid in a little under five minutes. Don't sit up to quickly, your stomach may have an adverse reaction. Thirsty?"

"I suppose." he replied simply, beginning to recall his earlier desperation with a deep distaste. He was supposed to be a warrior, and he'd practically begged two people he hadn't known for a chance out of that cage. "What happened to your partner?"

John frowned at the mention of Besehba "Her forerunner sympathies got the better of her. She went back...to fetch another."
He passed Duhrin a glass of water "Don't worry. I'm just a pilot and your free, we're out of here soon with or without them."

"You're willing to leave her here to die to save yourself?" he asked a bit coldly...some rescue party, if that was the case. Not even willing to give their lives for one another? But, then, beggars couldn't be choosers...
