Mycroft did not enjoy being judged or insulted. he turned back to the front. "Just remember boy," he said without looking back. "Judge not, lest ye be judged."

Shae did not like this turn of events...she reached up to place Shaper safely in her hood an inserted herself completely between the two, a calm, dark presence. She watched Mycroft move and grimaced. "My lord, is that not what you did? Judge? Perhaps my ears mistook me...but I doubt it."
She glanced down at the wolf "Stop" she commanded "No harm will come"

The wolf turned, keeping from exposing his back to Mycroft as he walked away. He straightened up and his lip fell back over his teeth but he continued to growl. "Its alright Barcon," Arkin said, still glaring after the man, "he's cowering away."

Shae rounded on Arkin "And silence from you pup, for now at least. It is almost enough to cause me to give up on this group..."
She planted her feet and asked fir patience and strength, then deliberately walked into the woods.

"Cowering? from a boy and his pup? I think not." Mycroft said turning on the boy.
"Gentlemen, can we cease with this? we do have more important matters to attend to." Thundora pointed out.
Leelonan muttered, "men".

Arkin watched the elf leave and debated following her when Mycroft came back again. Turning his attention once more to the man he grit his teeth and grated, "Call me that once more..."

Shae stalked a good distance away before throwing her head back and growling in frustration. Her people...
Shaper chose that moment to pipe up from in her hood "We are doomed are we not?"
She shook her head "No, there is too much at risk...perhaps if I fetched the other staves while they bicker and placed them at their feet..."
"Ummm, don't we need the pary for that? It is rather dangerous."
"Hasn't killed me yet..."

Mycroft opened his mouth to argue more, when an enormous gust of wind knocked everyone from whatever they were riding. "Fools!" Cyclonia said sharply. "The world rests on your shoulders and what you do with your time is BICKER?! Perhaps the world is doomed to the Godai then." she looked with fear in her eyes at Thundora, who was picking herself off the ground. "About time someone said something useful." Thundora commented.
Mycroft looked ashamed of himself.
Leelonan looked interested.

Arkin picked himself up with the help of the wolf and horse and stood. "I wasn't the one who started it," he replied sharply but shut his mouth after that and mounted, avoiding looking at Mycroft. "Still...you're right I suppose. I'm ready when everyone else is."
He swallowed hard, pushing down anger and pride as he waited to continue the journey.

Shaper perked his ears up "That was one of us...Cyclonia I would assume." he commented drily.
Shae nodded and headed back to the edge of the woods "If you are all ready to go? If we detour, we may pass into the crypt sooner than the mountain lair, and there is the safest location at the moment, it will give you all a chance to work together before it truly is a life or death situation."

The three looked at eachother in silent discussion. The wolf lifted his head and scented the air and bowed his head at Arkin. "The crypt." The horse tossed its head in approval and the three were all in agreement.

Shae shifted her gaze to the two fey and the elf remaining of the party, patiently awaiting their descision.

Cyclonia's eyes were obviously covered in distrust, "Something tells me you know more about crypts than any of us here."
"Cyclonia!" scolded Thundora. "I will trust you," she said to Shae, "Until i see reason otherwise."
