Shae nodded her head ever so slightly towards Cyclonia "No doubt. And with that experience I can honestly tell you, blood oath if you wish, that this crypt is safer than than the other three sites at the moment."
Shaper tappe dher ear, still mostly hidden in her hood "And what can we expect there?"
"What ever has moved in to take the place of that which is dead, and the Stave of Earth"

Mycroft stopped his horse. "The staffs are hidden in pairs sweetie, if there is only one staff then for a change of pace i will have to agree with Svernin... as frightening as that is.

She smiled, only lacking fangs in the apparent menace "And I do not lie" she turned the felt wrapped staff on her back obvious for a moment, then walked into the woods.
Shaper pulled her ear again "Very dramatic...but does this mean we are on our own?"
"I wish"

Mycroft eyed the staff on her back for the first time, but Leelonan beat him to the question, "Is that one of the staffs?" she asked.

Shae didn't answer, she simply kept walking. "Are you coming or are you not?" she said quietly.

Mycroft's voice shifted to a lecturing one, "Shae..."
But Thundora cut him off, "Ms. Elf, if you possess one of the staffs we need to know. this is not the time to be playful"

Again sharing a look Arkin's small group followed after Shae. "It's also not a very good time to ask stupid questions." The hores whinnied in laughter and the three disappeared into the woods.

She paused and clenched her fist. "I have given my word on safety, I have given my word that the stave of earth is readily reachable, I have shown patience."
She turned "Ms. Thundora, never have I treated this as a game, and never have I questioned you. Now, answer me, fey noble, why belabor the obvious?"

"The only thing obvious is that you posess a long staff with something kept wrapped at the end." Thundora was for once, becoming annoyed with this elf, "We do not know where it came from or what it is. I have no authority over you, thus i cannot order you to tell me what it is, but if you continue to try my patience you will quickly learn what my suitors did when they were stuck by a thunderbolt."

Shae sighed and gently removed Shaper form her hood. She then stood directly in front of Thundora, a sad expression on her face "Do so. You wish to, so you may as well."
Shaper bit his lip and glasnced around...this was bad...and he decided to do something decidedly unlike him...he hovered in front of Shae, facing his ssiter with his arms spread, closed his eyes and waited.

"First," she said tersely, beginning to loose her patience with this whole idea, "I am not going to strike my brother, but the again it would not harm him as he is a rock sprite. and second it is not that i wish to actually strike you. i was hoping the threat would convince you to act maturely."

Arkin stopped and turned to watch the scene. He sat back on the horse amused when the attack did not come and even laughed at her words that followed. "Maturely? Perhaps you should give an example of what it is you want from her before trying to decieve her into it. Although, she does appear to be one of the more level headed in this bunch so I really don't see what more you want."

"Maturity is hardly and issue from one several generations younger than I. I simply do not have the habit of stating the obvious. Wasted words are wasted time, time in which others die." time in which my people die...
She swept her gaze over the party, her patience wearing thin and her hopes hitting rock bottom. "I grow weary of this." she unslung teh stave from her back, spilling it to teh ground "Look your fill, do not touch" and she walked off once more.
